What causes fatigue in cancer patients?
Cancer-related fatigue can be caused by a variety of factors that aren’t just limited to cancer or cancer treatment. Factors such as depression may cause cancer patients to experience additional fatigue, says Carmen Escalante, M.D., director of the Cancer-Related Fatigue Clinic at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
