Sanger Institute-AstraZeneca CRISPR conference
With over 250 attendees, the Sanger Institute-AstraZeneca CRISPR conference held 17-19 January 2016 in Cambridge, UK, was a great success. The community came together to discuss advances in CRISPR technologies, the importance and measurement of off target effects, the use of CRISPR in generating in vitro and in vivo models that are more closely aligned to human disease and the potential therapeutic applications of CRISPR.
