When Ian’s wife Kate was diagnosed with cervical cancer at the age of 30, it was a huge shock. And they were devastated when they found out it was incurable. Thankfully Kate’s Macmillan nurse Vikki was there for her. And Ian’s also used Macmillan’s services, such as the website. Since Kate’s diagnosis Ian has done several events to raise money for Macmillan, including the London Marathon, and he hopes to do more in the future.
