The mastectomy left Sue with scarring across her chest, but decided against having further reconstruction surgery to avoid putting her body through any more trauma. Instead, she decided to mark five years of remission by having at tattoo over the scar to celebrate her victory over cancer and reclaim her body. "Every morning when I wake up it still puts a smile on my face. I'm enjoying my tattoo and living life to the full and it means a great deal to me."
