Melanoma patient: Advice for coping with a melanoma diagnosis

After beating bladder cancer, Robert Matney was diagnosed with melanoma in his 30s. Once he learned the melanoma had spread, Matney sought the care of melanoma specialists at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Doctors confirmed Matney’s stage 3 melanoma diagnosis and helped him identify the best melanoma treatment for his specific cancer.
